The Document Library is the evidence index behind WharfClearLake.com. It organizes court filings, signed orders, appellate opinions, agency correspondence, Association financial records, municipal records, and public-information materials so readers can verify the context for themselves. This source-first structure is especially important to Eric Springstun’s record because a docket number alone does not show whether he was sued, whether he appealed an existing ruling, whether an entity rather than Springstun personally was the judgment debtor, or whether requested relief was actually granted.

23-07-10483-CV — 2023 Association-filed injunction case

• June 2023 governance dispute: Springstun’s board service ended June 15; Association counsel issued a cease-and-desist June 27.
• July 2023 Association filing: the Association initiated Cause 23-07-10483-CV seeking emergency and permanent injunctive relief.
• August 31, 2023: the Montgomery County docket records an Order Denying Temporary Injunction after contested proceedings.
